The Linton Group is a privately owned property developer and investor based in London, dedicated to creating luxurious design-focused real estate. They acquired 29 New End site in late 2015 and plan to deliver a scheme offering 17 flats totalling almost 37,000 sq ft, including a penthouse.
Linton needed a website for the 29 New End scheme which had to maintain consistency with corporate branding but also be able to stand alone as an independent site. As well as being visually appealing, it had to be practical; this site provides regular updates to the local community with alerts and newsletters – all of which had to be easily accessible. We also created a comments section for any feedback which is sent straight to the development team so they could deal with any issues straight away. Further to these interactive elements there is a gallery, map and general information about the company and site.
